| Because of the cold water temperature, dry changes are highly recommended.

| We recommend performing changes, wet or dry, from inflatable rafts tethered to your chase boat. The photograph below shows a dry change. Dry changes can be performed with less risk to paddlers and vessels this way, and wet changes can be performed with minimal time spent in the water.

| Race fees: $15 per paddler ($135 per 9-man crew, $90 per iron crew).
